Independence

Transitioning into a young women is a very intimidating and exhilarating feeling. Independence is something I have always strived for wether it be from my family or my peers. Somewhere along the path to gaining said independence, I fell in love. This love challenged the independence that I was so close to achieving. In the end I learned that finding my place in this world also includes finding the people that I want to share that place with. This project allowed me to deal with these feelings of insecurity and take a step back, allowing myself to let go and let things fall into place around me.
